Lewis (Barry Lewis); her children, Charles F. Frizzell (Betsy), Mark D. Frizzell and Kelly M. Miller (Trevor S. Miller); her grandchildren, Christy (Kevin Shoffner), Casey, Chad, Chance Frizzell, Brooke and Paige Miller; her great grandchildren, Melody, Parker Shoffner, Lilly and Ryder James Frizzell; her husband Frederick "Freddie" A. Frizzell; and her sister Bonita "Bonnie" Smith.
