He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McHugh and Phoebe McHugh (McMullen); and his sisters, Phoebe and Joan. He is survived by: his children, Johnathan (Elaine), Sally (Mark) and Julie (Bob); his grandchildren, Emily, Julia, Jack, Matty, Nick, Conor and Amanda; and his siblings, Jimmy (Cassandra) and Maureen.
