He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Peery (Virginia) and Estic Tempesta (Pat); his wife Ella Tempesta (Marie); his children, Maria Bookhultz (Chrissy), Richard Tempesta (Andy) and Natalie Albanesi (Joe); his grandchildren, Bella, Tyler, Justin, Steven, Haley, Sophia and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Henry, Juliet, Piper and Emily.
