Frances Soper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Soper (Laurel, Maryland), who passed away on November 7, 2018 at the age of 102. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary and David Folks; and her brothers, Lee Folks, Donald Folks, Harvey Folks, Harry Folks, Samuel Folks and Porter Folks.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Joann Larkin and David Allen Soper; her sister Lucy Friedeman of Brentwood; and her sisters-in-law, Thelma Folks and Wanda Folks. She is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
