It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Wootten (Laurel, Maryland), born in Annville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 2, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent John H. Boger. She is survived by: her parent Edna Shellenberger Boger; her husband Harold "Gene" Wootten; and her daughters, Cindi Steele (Dave) of Ocala, FL., Debbie Derricks (Woody) of Mechanicsburg, PA., Patti Saunders (David) of Highpoint, NC. and Joanne Wootten of Laurel.
