He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Hall and Clarence Hall; and his siblings, Jerry, Cliff and Peggy.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; his children, Michael, Janice (Joe) and Stephen (Patty); his grandchildren, Chris (Ana), Julie (Matt), John, Greg (Mackenzie), Melissa (Addison), Michael (Samantha), Billy, Ricky and Erin; and his sister Theresa Parham. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
