It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frankie Smallwood (Laurel, Maryland), who passed away on January 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Franklin Duvall and Myrtle Duvall; her husband Carl; and her children, Carl (Denise), Kathleen, Kenneth (Patty) and Donna Brunk (Kenneth). She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mrs. Smallwood's name to the Epilepsy Foundation http://donate.epilepsy.com or the Alzheimer's Association.
