He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodner Baldwin and Theresa Baldwin (Lammers); and his siblings, Jerome, Francis, Phillip, John, George, Paul, Martha Carr, Dolores Baldwin and Mildred Baldwin.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Cindy Fox (Josh), Nancy Sasser (Brian) and Angie Wright (Jonathan); his grandchildren, William, Charles, Patrick Fox, Sean, Marissa and Tanya Sasser; and his sisters, Mary Spencer and Janet Baldwin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
In leiu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center.
