She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harmer Edward Neff and Phyllis M. Parkhurst Valerio; her stepdaughters, Annette Phillips, Jennifer Pirone of Queenstown, Carrie Nelson of Arnold and Her; her siblings, Paul Neff and Cindy Colchagie; her grandchildren, Micah, Gabriella, Joshua, Caleb, Leia, Eliana and Jax; her nieces and nephews, Jon Neff (Ty Neff), Matt Neff (Arlo Neff), Keri Neff (Lily), Kaishia Ieraci and Huntingdon (Aavielle Ieraci); and her husband Robert Jack Schwartz.
