He is survived by: his wife Kimberly (Kimmie); his children, Joseph Hill and Tanya Reed (Sean); his grandchildren, Julius and Meadow; and his siblings, Ruth Choi, Mary Byrd (Matt), Nancy Sweeney (Jerry), Rosita Remson (Bob), Joe Hill and David Hill.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation, 1001 E. 101st Terrace, Suite 220, Kansas City, MO 64131 in memory of John Hill.
