He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Carroll Fenwick, Sr. and Catherine Margery Chase; his wife Barbara Ann Fenwick; his brother James Chase (Jimmy); his parents-in-law, Mable Johnson and Harold Johnson, Sr.; and his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Johnson and Lorraine Chase.
He is survived by: his children, Robi Fenwick (Krissy Malizia) and Ann Sampay (Vincent Sampay); his siblings, Bernard Chase, Joseph Chase, Michael Briscoe, Donnell Briscoe, Agnes Harrison, Viola Thompson, Vera Chase, Brenda Chase Bryant, Deborah Hymes, Theresa Chase and Loretta Briscoe-Somerville; his brothers-in-law, William Johnson, Kenneth Johnson and Harold Johnson, Jr.; and his friend Juanita Butler. He is also survived by nephews and nieces as well as many other relatives and friends.
