It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lionel Francis (Laurel, Maryland), who passed away on October 9, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Francis and Georgette Nerette; his wife Donna Jean Graham; his children, Cassondra Elizabeth Lyko (Francis) and Collin Alexander Francis; and his siblings, James, Jean, Woodley, Wildorf, Marie Claire, Armel, Elsie and Peggy.
