He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Newstead and Margaret Newstead. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Marsiglia Newstead; his children, Allison White (Matthew) and Jeffrey Newstead (Stacy); his grandchildren, Elliott, Beckett White, Haley and Chloe Newstead; his sisters, Carol Palmer (Cliff), Linda Ekas (Jack) and Barbara Kinn (Tony); his pet Wookie; and also David Richardson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
