She is survived by: her siblings, Francis Harrell, Mary Smitherman, Robert Thorpe, Jimmy Thorpe, Melvin Smitson, Sam Smitson and Benjamin Smitson; and her children, Buster Stephenson (Alice), Bessie Pippenger (Dave), Donald Stephenson, Bonnie Doornbos (Wayne) and Ivan Merrill (Jen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
