He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Millet III of Cape May, NJ and Frances Stanford Millet of St. John's, Newfoundland.. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie McCarthy (Donald) of Dousman, WI, Thomas W. Millet IV (Rose Lennon) of Silver Spring, MD and Wendy Walker (Terry) of Laurel, MD.; his nieces and nephews, Sean (Shelly), Kevin McCarthy, Patrick, Katie, Molly Millet, Maggie (Jake Null), Ian and Duncan Walker; and his great-nephew Jordan. He is also survived by caretaker, he cared for his parents.
