He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Hilliard and Ruth Hilliard (Carrier). He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Hilliard, Dorothy Shaffer and Veda Moore; his children, Bryan F. Hilliard and Dorinda Pastorek; his grandchildren, Laura Mitchell, Jeff Cannon, Gregory Hilliard, Elaina Hilliard and Bryan Rafael Hilliard; and his friend Ralph.
