He is survived by: his parent Beulah Jones Baker; his children, Patricia B. Bittner (Richard) of Hertford and Michael E. Baker (Darrilyn) of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Lillian Ballard of Falls Church, VA and Lester Baker of Laurel, MD; his grandchildren, Tara Talbott, Michael Baker, Kathleen Baker and Christopher Bittner; and his great grandchildren, Brenden, Nolan and Hayden.
