He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Edward Donohue, Sr. and Dorothy Francis Donohue; his wife Phyllis Donohue; his son Charles Donohue; and his sisters, Dorothy Slicer and Patricia Freeman.

He is survived by: his sister Barbara Edwards; his daughters, Eileen Snyder, Katherine Reese and Cheryl Sliter; and his daughter-in-law Crystal Donohue. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
