We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2018, at the age of 94, Reverend Romie Payne (Laurel, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Howard of Centerville, MD. and Bill of Ottumwa, IA.; and his daughter Clara Payne of Wilmington, DE.. He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine Hall Phillips; his sons, Richard (Danielle) of Bel Air, MD, Phil (Barbara) of Laurel, DE and Michael of Laurel; and his siblings, Marion (Mary) of Salisbury, MD and Shirley Jaramillo of Lexington, SC. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
