He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Phelps and Ruth Phelps (Hall); his wife Elaine Phelps (Trossbach); his children, Steven Phelps (Lisa) and Sandra Phelps; his grandsons, Alexander Phelps and Mark Phelps; and his brother Herbert Phelps (Penny).
