He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ruddell, Sr. and Vera Jean Tate Stetler. He is survived by: his significant other Janna Willis; his siblings, Paul Ruddell Jr. (Karen), Barbara Ruddell Coe and Laura Ruddell Heffernan; his daughter Katie Baer; and his siblings' children, Emily J. Ruddell, Casey A. Coe, Kirsten, Allison, Brittany Orr, Taylor L. Smith, Keith P. Ruddell, Daniel P. Coe, Donovan A. Milko and Hunter O. Smith. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
