We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Ruby Carter (Laurel, Maryland), born in Logan, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Andrew, Katie and Ruth. She is survived by: her husband Robert Earle Carter; her children, Cheryl Carter Claus (Robert), William Carter, Steven Carter (Brenda) and Robert Carter Jr. (Dolly); and her grandchildren, Alison Claus Lotz, Keri Carter Martin, Megan Carter Algarate, Brian Carter, Neil Carter and Bill Vaughn.

Ruby Stepson Carter passed away peacefully on Monday, October 29, 2018 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
