He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Bill Jr. of Laurel and Cathi Madden (Kevin) of Eugene Oregon; his granddaughters, Kerry Elizabeth and Julie Erin Madden; his siblings, Dan and Mary Ann Gover (Bill); and his son Rudy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
