It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jane Morgan (Leonardtown, Maryland), who passed away on February 1, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Alvey and Helen Jenkins Alvey; and her sister Catherine Spaulding. She is survived by: her husband William Clarence Morgan; her children, Cynthia "Cindy" Burch (Robert) of Compton, Frances Lilley (Lachelle) of Compton, Barbara Bates (Shaun) of Charlotte Hall and Frederick Lilley (Debbie) of Mannington, WV; and her grandchildren, Lisa Carroll, Heather Brock, Bobby Burch, Michelle Harding, Wendy Burch, Jennifer Bates, Kevin Bates and Brandon Bates. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
