He was predeceased by : his parents, Leroy Raymond Buckler Sr. and Gwynette Catherine Buckler (Moran). He is survived by : his wife Teresa Tippett Buckler; his daughters, Lori Gilbert (Charlie) and Kimberly Thompson (Eddie); his brother Michael Buckler Sr. (Joyce); and his grandchildren, Russell Gilbert (Brittany), Ryan Gilbert (Mairin) and David Thompson.
