She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Trossbach and Lilian M. Trossbach; her husband John Sivak; and her children, Charlie and Rosie.
She is survived by: her children, Marylou Garrison of Agnes Winans, Ala and Bruce Sivak; and her siblings, Phillip, Robbie, Danny, Richard and Ida. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
