He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry Francis, Catherine Regina Boothe, Walter Richard, Vivian Irene Barnes and Uncle Tommy Boothe.
He is survived by: his wife Kristin Watson-Boothe; his parents, Edna Mae Boothe (Neal) and Henry Richard Boothe (Lisa); his brother Kenneth "Kenny" Boothe (Michelle); his nieces, Lexi Boothe and Abby Boothe; his brother-in-law Mikey Watson (Jodie); and his sibling's children, Alissa Bishop and Wesley Peterson.
