He was predeceased by : his parents, Louis Hazen and Irene Hazen. He is survived by : his wife Babara Hazen (Massie); his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Brian of Lexington Park, MD; his grandchildren, Micaeyla Hazen and Mackenzie Yount of Lexington Park, MD; his brother Brian Hazen (Gina); his cousin Jay (Amy Clark); his nephew Corey Hazen (family: Meridith, Mae); and his brother-in-law George Massie.
