He was predeceased by : his son Lee Joseph Barber; his father Morris Lee Barber; and his brothers, John Edward Burkey and Michael E. Burkey. He is survived by : his mother Jean Ann Barber of Severna Park; his wife Chunli Huang Barber of Timonium; his daughter Bethany Barber of Glen Burnie; his stepson Zichen Zhang of Timonium; and his siblings, Lisa Ann Dorrell of Centreville and Billy D. Barber (Kimberly) of Westminster. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
