It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rebecca Bilby (Lutherville, Maryland), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles H. of York, PA. and Frances E. Leib (Wilt) of York, PA.. She is survived by : her husband Robert M. Bilby, Jr.; her children, Jonathan Bilby and Melissa S.; her husband Stephen C. Freeman; and her brother William Leib. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made in her name to Valley Baptist Church.
