He is survived by: his parent Mary Greer Kalkbrenner; his spouse Patricia Jean; his children, Stephanie Kalkbrenner, Ken Eiker, Patricia Fribush (Andy), John Kalkbrenner (Sheila) and Mariann Davis; his former husband Eric Kalkbrenner; his grandchildren, Stephanie Miachle (Joe), Steven Harris (Trish Reaver), Christopher Kalkbrenner (Lauren), Ryan Pittinger, Moira Fribush, Cheyenne Smith (Robert), John Kalkbrenner, Isaiah Kalkbrenner and Hannah Davis; his great grandchildren, Landon, Brooklyn, Lena and Payton; and also Edward Kalkbrenner.
