She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Flater of Manchester; her children, Carol Parsons (Dave) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Victoria Price of Baltimore, James Price (Karen) of Hampstead and Jeffrey Price of Baltimore; and her siblings, Mary Huber, Michael Davis and John Davis. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
