She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Cotton and Lula Mae Guess-Cotton; and her husband David Horsey, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, David L. "Mickey" Horsey Jr., Robert L. (Horsey), Arthur D. "Dexter" Horsey (Christine), Phyllis L. Horsey, Anthony L. "Tony" Horsey Sr., Tyrone M. Horsey Sr. and Jervan W. Horsey; her granddaughter Mieshia Horsey; and her siblings, Emmitt Cotton and Ethel Wallace. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren.
