She is survived by : her husband Franklin "Frankie" Smart; her children, Angel Smart, April Liciaga (Frankie), Allen Smart and Adam Smart; her sisters, Shirley Givens (Steve), Sharon Knowles (Walt Smakulski) and Heather Morley; and her nephews, Doug Jones and Mark Jones.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church of Delmar (1207 E State St, Delmar, MD 21875). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
