He is survived by : his wife Ruth Brodsky; his children, Bea Brodsky, Joshua Brodsky (Cori Rollins Brodsky) and Sarah Brodsky-Simon (Ari); his siblings, Arnold Brodsky (Gail), Jerry Brodsky (Yvonne), Mark Brodsky (Wanda) and Rachel Whitaker (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Eliana Brodsky, Isaac Brodsky, Dalia Brodsky-Simon and Amiya Brodsky-Simon.
