He was predeceased by : his parents, Norman Bartz and Marguritte Peggy Bartz; and his sisters, Sandy Greenley and Patricia Ann Bartz. He is survived by : his wife Patricia; his children, J. T. Bartz (Chrissy) and Becki Peris (Bruce); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Raegan, Tripp and Reese; and his siblings, Norman Bartz (Diane) and Brenda Sipple.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tommy's memory to Marydel Fire Company, 110 Firehouse Lane, Marydel, Delaware 19964.
