She is survived by: her husband Rudolph Augustine (Rudy); her children, Gina (Ed Naimaster), Rudy Jr. (Terri Augustine) and Kim (Danny Lipsey); her grandchildren, Ashley of Tara, EJ, Zachary, Kasey and Ryan; and her great grandchild Harlen.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations to Hospice of the Chesapeake Foundation, John and Cathy Belcher Campus, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122 in memory of Josephine Augustine.
