He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Turk and Nellie Turk. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Mahoney Turk; his children, Evan Turk (Megan) and Laura Turk Ryan; and his siblings, Norma, Scott (Robin) and Donald Turk, Jr.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
