It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charmaine Louise Bandell (Middle River, Maryland), who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Bandell, Jr.; her children, Rachael Chipkin (David), Kenneth L. Bandell III (Tracy), Jessica Bandell and Rowan Chipkin; and her siblings, Robert Hoch, David Hoch and Jannette Kyger. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
