He is survived by: his child Camden A. McKenney; his parents, Victoria K. McKenney and Donald L. McKenney; his sister Amanda L. Bates (Jon); his niece Ella L. Bates; his godparents, Darlene Bahner (Raymond) and Robert Kucharek (Bobbie); Samantha Vogeley.

In Lieu of flowers contributions in Jason's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
