He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Edward Fridinger and Geraldine Mae Stambaugh Fridinger; and his siblings, Ronald E. Fridinger, Phyllis E. Topper, Carolyn M. Railing, Connie V. Reinhart and Larry A. Fridinger.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Fridinger; his children, John Elwood Fridinger, Jr. (April) of Etna, OH and Lindsay K. Huntemann (Steven) of Olney; his stepdaughter Sherese "Nikki" Sinnott (Chad) of Hampstead; his sisters, Terri L. Livingston (John) of Hanover, PA. and Patricia A. Fridinger of Gettysburg, PA; his grandchildren, John Devin Fridinger, William Tyler Fridinger, Avery Lee Huntemann and John Thomas Huntemann; and his mother-in-law Evelyn L. Wilson of Westminster. He is also survived by friends, especially his children, grandchildren, and his dog.
