He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Mae Snoops and Charles Allen Snoops. He is survived by: his former wife Bernadette Snoops; his wife Bernie Snoops; his children, Whitney Snoops (Jess Hicks) of Baltimore and Garrett Snoops of Baltimore, Maryland.; and his siblings, Dorothy Levi (Phil Miskimon) of Bushnell, Larry Snoops (Karen) of Baldwin, Caroline Snoops of Honolulu and Phillip Snoops (Tracy) of Honolulu, Hawaii.. He is also survived by his mother — and later on with his wife and children.
