We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2018, at the age of 91, Helen Dillard (Montgomery Village, Maryland), born in Birmingham, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent George Wilbur Stephens. She is survived by : her parent Myrtle Stephens (Morehead); and her grandchildren, Oliver Jr, Diane Broadnax (Lonnie), Nathan Dillard, Ellen Dillard, Stephana Dillard-Macioch, Nicholas Dillard, Anthony Dillard, Jasmine Broadnax and Anika Broadnax. She is also survived by her husband Major General Oliver "Ollie" W. Dillard, US Army retired, in 2015 and survived by her children.
