He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosa Mae and Roy Sapp; his wife Carolyn S. Sapp; his children, Sara Marie Sapp, Raymond Sapp (Joy) of Leonardtown, MD, Rodney Sapp (Tammy) of Charlotte Hall, MD, Stevie Sapp (Brittany), Patrick Sapp of Millen, GA, Shirley Sapp of La Plata, MD and Danielle Sapp of Millen, GA; and his siblings, Runnette Sapp Smith, Richard Sapp (Frankie) of Waynesboro, GA, Robert Sapp (Donna) of Millen, GA, Ruwis Sapp (Kay) of Warwick, GA, Russell Sapp (Carolyn) of Prince Frederick, MD and Randy Sapp (Lou Ann) of Pensacola, FL. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
