With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carla Morgan of Mount Savage, Maryland, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 27, 2021 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Martz and Virginia Martz; and her siblings, Patty Cockrell, Jo Fazenbaker, Donna Jean Martz, Jim Foatz, Roger Siegmyer (Charlie) and Ed Siegmyer (Ziggy).

She is survived by : her parents-in-law, Thomas and Dette Morgan; her sister-in-law Stacy Morgan; her husband Tommy Joe Morgan; her siblings, Wanda Carpenter, Gail Martz, Charlotte Carson (Mike), Leonard Wayne Martz and Raymond Siegmyer; her siblings-in-law, Tricia Morgan, Kelly Hite (Mike), Jason Morgan and Scott Morgan (Shelly); and also Donnavan Albright.
