She was predeceased by: her parents, Holmes Gardener and Etta Gardener (Blizzard); her husband Tony D. Sullivan, Sr.; her children, Tony D. "Casey" Sullivan, Jr., Debra J. Cerrito and Steven Sullivan; and her siblings, Betty Bosley and Holmes Gardner, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Dean Sullivan (Sharon); her daughter-in-law Doris Sullivan; her grandchildren, Toni Sullivan, Joshua Sullivan (Bethany), Jennifer Lewis (Zeb), Cody Sullivan (Brittany), Chad Cerrito, Stan Shaffer (Stephanie), Dave Shaffer (Mandy) and Lisa Shaffer; and her sister Louise Smith. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
