He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kirks and Laura Chick Harvey; his wife Deanna Harvey; his siblings, John Harvey, Thelma Grubb and Evelyn Cockerill; and his brothers-in-law, Lloyd Grubb and Harold Cockerill (Buddy).
He is survived by: his sons, Raymond Milo Harvey, Jr. (Debra), Michael Lynn Harvey (Deborah) and Brian Keith Harvey (Ita); his grandchildren, Michelle Harvey, Laura Harvey, Janice Harvey, John Harvey (Ximena) and Breanna Harvey; his great grandchild Emma Abigail Harvey; his sister-in-law Anne Harvey; and his close friend Marie Hammond (Elaine) of New Carrollton.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to the Dementia Society of America or the Alzheimer's Association.
