He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis J. Pernici Sr. and Mary Pernici (Serventi). He is survived by: his wife Karen Louise Pernici; his daughters, Maria (Matthew Vilcek) and Bernadette (Matthew Miller); his grandchildren, Samuel, Olivia, August, Jackson Vilcek, Noah, Madalyn and Nicholas Miller; his sister Rose Yoschak; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Harris, Maxine Hollen, Sara Cucciardo and Janet Farren. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church (555 1st St, Graceton, PA 15731).
At the family's request, in lieu of flowers, those who wish to express sympathy are encouraged to make a small donation to Lou's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
