She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell "Muggs" I Mullican, Jr.; and her parents, Richard Boyd Read and Cora Blanche Read (Golden). She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her son-in-law Allen Slater of New Windsor; her grandsons, Dalton Slater of New Windsor and Dillon (Jes Slater); her daughter Carey M. Dove of Woodbine; her grandchildren, Kyle Dove of Baltimore and Elizabeth Dove of Mt. Airy; her siblings, Susie Burgess of Woodsboro, Bradley of Washington, DC. and Gary Read of Washington, DC.; and also Paige of Taneytown.
