He is survived by: his parents, Joy L. Bitzel of New Windsor and Luby Jr. of New Windsor; his grandmother Carmella Bitzel of New Windsor; his aunts and uncles, Bernadette Young, Suzette Hockenberry, Gregory Lohr of Howard, Candy Bitzel, Chris Patterson and Fred Bitzel Jr.; his wife Kim of Manchester; and also, Young Lohr of Howard and Dalene Lohr of Howard.
